These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the bitbat platform by players based in Bangladesh and worldwide. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet.

All players must be aged 18 or above. One account per person, per household, and per device is permitted. Accurate personal information is required at registration and must be kept up to date.
bitbat supports BDT transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi banks. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and bonus wagering requirements where applicable.

Use of the bitbat Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. bitbat reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to suspend any Account where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed.
The Platform is primarily designed for players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. bitbat does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
You must be acting in your personal capacity and of sound mind when placing bets. bitbat does not accept bets placed by individuals acting on behalf of third parties, corporations, or other legal entities unless expressly authorised in writing by bitbat.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods but controlled by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bitbat reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You must provide complete and accurate information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. bitbat is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account details provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not you authorised it. Notify bitbat support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) by default. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT unless an alternative is expressly offered and selected during registration.
bitbat applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. Verification may be requested at any stage, including at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any point during the Account lifecycle at bitbat's discretion.
Documents submitted for KYC review are typically processed within 48 hours during business days. Withdrawal requests are held pending verification completion. bitbat is not liable for any delay in withdrawals caused by a Player's failure to submit required documentation promptly.
If a Player is unable or unwilling to complete KYC verification, bitbat reserves the right to restrict or close the Account and return any unencumbered real-money balance to the original payment method, net of any applicable fees.
bitbat accepts deposits via the following methods in BDT:
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Players may view their applicable limits within their Account settings. bitbat reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time, with or without prior notice.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Account balance in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect. bitbat is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. bitbat does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to have originated from a third-party payment source may be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. Withdrawals of bonus funds are not permitted until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are typically transferred to the designated payment method within 1–3 business days, depending on the method selected. bitbat is not responsible for delays attributable to the Player's bank or payment provider once funds have been dispatched.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless bitbat specifically approves an alternative in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the Player's funds.
bitbat does not charge a processing fee for standard withdrawals. However, fees imposed by the Player's own bank or payment provider are beyond bitbat's control and are the Player's responsibility.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through bitbat are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., low-margin live dealer tables, specific jackpot slots) may not count toward wagering requirements — please refer to the individual promotion for game weighting details.
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:
Bonus credits that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Account balance. Expired bonus funds are not reinstated under any circumstances.
A bet is confirmed when a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed on screen. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that the bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirmation. bitbat does not cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the circumstances described in Section 8.4.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those in force at the precise moment of confirmation. bitbat reserves the right to void odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, using best efforts to notify affected Players and return stakes promptly.
Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event at bitbat's discretion, including during periods of high-volatility play or where information asymmetry is suspected. Bets placed immediately before a market suspension may be voided if the outcome was known or highly predictable at the time of placement.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours, or the result cannot be determined; the odds were subject to a manifest error; the bet relates to a market that was inadvertently left open after the relevant event had concluded; or the bet is found to involve match-fixing or corrupt activity.
Any dispute relating to a bet outcome must be raised with bitbat support within 72 hours of the settlement of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this window may not be reviewed. bitbat's decision on bet disputes is final and binding, subject to the escalation procedure described in Section 18.
Casino games available on bitbat — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible via the in-game help or information screen.
All non-live casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently tested and certified by the respective game provider. bitbat does not modify RNG outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, the round in question may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's balance. bitbat is not liable for winnings that would have been generated but for the technical fault. Progressive jackpot values displayed on the Platform are indicative and may differ from the final awarded amount in the event of simultaneous jackpot triggers across multiple platforms. The actual jackpot amount awarded is determined by the game provider and is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bitbat Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:
bitbat reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that may be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players. During a suspension, the Player may not place bets, make deposits, or process withdrawals.
bitbat may permanently close an Account where: a serious breach of these Terms is confirmed; the Player is found to be under 18; the Player is identified as a self-excluded individual attempting to circumvent their exclusion; or the Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 24 months. Upon permanent closure, any real-money balance in excess of bonus funds will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC.
Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting bitbat support. Upon closure, any real-money balance will be returned via the most recently used payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed and no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to the balance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bitbat's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim. bitbat is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or opportunity; technical failures outside bitbat's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider outages, or force majeure events; or decisions made by a Player in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bitbat does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
bitbat collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. bitbat uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and stores personal data on secure servers with restricted access.
bitbat reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or Platform notification with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must close their Account before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that may be available to a Player under the laws of their country of residence.
